It depends on your goals. Some people work through a specific challenge in a few months while others stay longer as they continue to grow and change.

My rate for individual is $150 for 60 minutes and $200 for couples/families for 75 minutes.
Payment is due after each session and you can use any credit card, including an HSA or FSA.

No, but I can provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
I decided not to accept insurance as some insurance companies ask to see your records, which is a breach of privacy. You should be able to say whatever you want in session without fear of it being on a record.
